La conjoncture internationale nous laisse, encore une fois, sans voix. Tant de conflits, de cynismes économiques menacent les êtres humains et les écosystèmes naturels de la planète ! Que pouvons-nous faire devant tant de guerres, de misères, de souffrances et de solitudes qui trouvent leur origine dans l’intolérance, le manque d’éducation ou une cupidité sans bornes et auxquelles on ne répond que par l’indifférence, la lâcheté ?

Parce que la transmission d’un feu sacré sert à rendre heureuses les personnes qui y participent, avec RECORDARA, nous optons pour la lumière, pour l’Art qui relie les êtres à leur humanité ! A travers un spectacle vivant dont les bénéfices servent à des actions caritatives, un vrai partage international, un travail collaboratif bénévole au service de tous, nous choisissons de contribuer à aider les jeunes générations à puiser dans la richesse de leurs racines communes l’inspiration et le souffle pour se projeter dans l’avenir. « Au-delà des frontières, des nations, des ethnies, des âges, des langues et des clivages sociaux, alors que le monde entier continue de mettre au jour les universaux sonores, la musique savante, multiple et une, exigeante et bienfaisante, peut encore nourrir et unir l’humanité. Son terrain d’élection n’est-il pas, aujourd’hui comme hier, la transcendance et l’émotion ? » (Brigitte François-Sappey)

Avant de vous confier des témoignages d’auditrices et d’auditeurs de la dernière édition – un vrai miracle au vu des nombreux obstacles qu’elle a rencontrés lors de sa préparation – RECORDARA tient à remercier infiniment Saint-Stanislas pour son accueil fidèle, chaleureux et généreux. Comme vous le savez, nous avons avec ce prestigieux établissement catholique nantais, une volonté commune de transmettre dans la bienveillance et l’ouverture aux autres.

Que d’étoiles, d’enthousiasme, de sensibilité et de profondeur dans cette édition ! Bravo du fond du cœur aux « Polyfolies de la Flûte à bec et son Univers » qui s’épanouissent toujours d’année en année, grâce à la flamme, à l’engagement bénévole, au travail constant de RECORDARA mais aussi à l’ensemble des personnes qui apportent une aide si précieuse. Mille mercis à ces musiciens exceptionnels, ces exposants talentueux, ces élèves et leurs professeurs et cet incroyable public, toujours plus heureux ! Tous venus souvent de très loin pour vivre « Les Polyfolies de la Flûte à bec et son Univers » !

Toute notre gratitude va également aux chefs d’entreprises et à tous les donateurs privés conscients de l’importance de l’engagement de RECORDARA pour la culture et la société.

Hello everyone, 

Once again, the world scene has left us lost for words. Humanity and the planet’s natural ecosystems are threatened by so many conflicts and economic cynicism. What can we do in the face of so much war, misery, suffering and loneliness – rooted in intolerance, lack of education or boundless greed – which is only met with indifference and cowardice?

“Because it is important to remember that the transmission of a sacred fire brings fulfilment to the people involved”, at RECORDARA , we choose Light, and Art that connects people to their humanity! Through a vibrant charity event, true international sharing and collaborative volunteer work in the service of all, we choose to contribute to helping younger generations find impetus and inspiration for the future in the richness of their shared roots. « Beyond borders, nations, ethnic groups, age, language and social divisions, while the whole world continues to uncover sonic universals, learned music – multiple yet singular, demanding yet soothing – can still nourish and unite humanity. Today, as historically, isn’t its favoured terrain that of transcendence and emotion?” (Brigitte François-Sappey)

Before sharing with you some testimonies from listeners of the last edition – a real miracle, given the many obstacles encountered leading up to the event – we would like to express how grateful RECORDARA is to Saint-Stanislas for their faithful, warm and generous welcome. Both this prestigious Catholic establishment in Nantes and us have a common desire to transmit in a spirit of benevolence and openness to others.

So much magic, such enthusiasm deep sensitivity and profoundness! Heartfelt congratulations on the 5 ^th edition of International Early Music Exhibition /Festival “The Polyfolies of the Recorder and its Universe » , which is growing from year to year, thanks to the dedication and commitment of our volunteers, the unrelenting work of RECORDARA, and many others who lend their precious help. We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the outstanding musicians, the talented exhibitors, pupils and teachers and the fantastic and ever-happier audience! All of them often travel very far to experience « The Polyfolies of the Recorder and its Universe »!

Our gratitude also goes to the companies ‘directors and to all the private donors aware of the particular significance of RECORDARA ’s commitment to society.

Before giving you testimonies from listeners, both male and female, of the last production – a true miracle considering the number of obstacles which were met during the production – RECORDARA we would wholeheartedly like to thank Saint-Stanislas for his faithful, warm and generous welcome. As you know, we have, with this esteemed Catholic establishment of Nantes, a common will to impart kindness and openness to others.

So many stars, enthusiasm, sensitivity and depth in this production! Congratulations from the bottom of my heart to all “The Polyfolies of the Recorder and its Universe » which always blossoms from year to year thanks to the keenness of volunteer commitment constantly working for RECORDERA but also including the group of people who bring such valued help. Many thanks to these exceptional musicians, these talented performers, these students and their teachers, and not forgetting the amazing public, always captivated! Many often come from far away to experience  “The Polyfolies of the Recorder and its Universe ».
